At Logic of English, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curriculum and learning tools. If a physical product doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, resalable condition and were purchased directly from our store within the last 90 days. Please note that digital downloads and licenses are non-refundable.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit. Ship the package using a traceable carrier of your choice to our distribution center address provided with your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
